May your summers and winters be short, springs be mild and autumn reaping plentiful.

And a happy first harvest to you! What a lovely picture btw! :)

I'm wondering what, if anything, people feel they have "cultivated" in their lives this year? I feel that I have managed to cultivate much greater self-understanding and have been able to generate more positive energy as a result. I feel I can be much more compassionate and understanding of others too, so this is a nice "harvest" for this year. Keeping up with regular spiritual practice such as offerings has also helped immeasurably. I've also learnt to trust my deepest feelings too, and that responding with kindness (but firmness if necessary) to others is also nearly always the best policy. There's much less to regret when one is kind!

I'm wondering what, if anything, people feel they have "cultivated" in their lives this year?

In the past year I have learned to let go of things, and not to yearn for things or events to happen anymore. Instead I have learned to surrender myself to the flow of life. I know the feeling is a bit hard to describe, but if you let it to, it 'supports' you through life in a more natural and sometimes effortless way.

I feel I can be much more compassionate and understanding of others too, so this is a nice "harvest" for this year. I've also learnt to trust my deepest feelings too, and that responding with kindness (but firmness if necessary) to others is also nearly always the best policy.

I had simular experiences Aelfgifu: I have learned to be more empathic towards others; to treat them as I would like to be treated by others. To be gentle, but to always guard your borders, and to be firm (but polite) if I have to.

There's much less to regret when one is kind!

I absolutely agree. A quote to (always) keep in mind.
Le principal est d'arriver à faire une vie heureuse et riche de son incarnation présente.
