Beltane 2012

Beltane 2012

PostAuthor: Tylluan » Tue May 01, 2012 9:20 am

The leaves are budding across the land
on the ash and oak and hawthorn trees.
Magic rises around us in the forest
and the hedges are filled with laughter and love.

Dear lady, we offer you a gift,
a gathering of flowers picked by our hands,
woven into the circle of endless life.
The bright colors of nature herself
blend together to honour you,

Queen of spring,
as we give you honor this day.
Spring is here and the land is fertile,
ready to offer up gifts in your name.
we pay you tribute, our lady,
daughter of the Fae,
and ask your blessing this Beltane.

Blessings to you, one and all, on the Beltane morning.

May your summers and winters be short, springs be mild and autumn reaping plentiful.

Belated Beltane greetings to you all. Have been out of computer contact for a few days.

Just to say that I didn't roll in the May Dew, basically it was too cold and I'm getting too old for that sort of thing. In addition the neighbours would probably comment - and that wouldn't do at all!

Again - Brightest Blessings to you all.
