The Goddess Helith

Guys I am trying to find out about an Anglo Saxon Goddess called Helith who could have been a god, confused I am. She is mentioned as a goddess but also has links with the Cerne Giant which would be a God. Has anyone any good links or sites to Heathenism or Anglo Saxon Pagans
